What we do with your details
Short version: we use your details to deliver your order and nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you fill in an order form we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, nearest landmark, state, the item and quantity you want, and your email address if you choose to give one.
We also record which page you ordered from and how you arrived at the site, so we know which of our adverts are worth paying for.
Why we need each thing
- Name and phone number: to call and confirm the order, and so the rider can reach you.
- Address and landmark: to actually deliver it. Riders here navigate by landmark.
- Email: optional, only used if we cannot reach you by phone.
We never sell your data, and we do not share your phone number with anyone except the rider delivering your order.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure which adverts lead to orders. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta that someone visited or ordered — not your name or your phone number. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the shop still works normally.
Who else sees your order
Your order details are stored in our own records and sent to us by email. The delivery rider gets your name, address, landmark and phone number, because they cannot deliver without them. Nobody else receives your details.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and for handling returns. If you want your details removed, message us on WhatsApp and we will delete them.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will handle it — no forms, no fee.
