Where is my order?

We do not hide behind a tracking number that tells you nothing. Here is what happens after you submit the form, and how to find out where your order has reached.

What happens after you order

• Within 24 hours: a real person calls the number you gave us to confirm the item, the quantity and your delivery address. If we cannot reach you, we try again and send a WhatsApp message.
• Once confirmed: the item is packed and handed to a rider. You get a WhatsApp message telling you it has gone out.
• On the delivery day: the rider calls you before arriving. Keep your line open.
• At the door: you check the item, then you pay.

Nobody has called me

Check that the number you entered is correct and that your line is not blocking unknown callers. If it has been more than 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will find the order and call you back.

The rider has not arrived

Delivery windows slip — traffic, weather, and the realities of moving anything across Lagos. If your order has passed the window above, message us and we will tell you exactly where it is rather than guessing at you.

I need to change my address

Message us as soon as you can. If the item has not gone out yet we simply change it. If it is already with a rider we redirect them where we can, though a different state may mean it goes out again the next day.
