Delivery and returns

No small print. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order, and what we do if the item is not what you expected.

What delivery costs

Free within Gbagada and environs. Anywhere else it is a flat ₦2,000, shown to you at checkout before you place the order. We do not add anything at the door.

How long it takes

• Gbagada and environs: 1 to 2 working days on in-stock items, delivery free.
• Elsewhere in Lagos: 1 to 2 working days on in-stock items, ₦2,000 delivery.
• Outside Lagos: we do deliver, at the same ₦2,000. Allow longer, and we agree the timeline with you on the confirmation call.
• Items marked "Available on request": 5 to 10 working days. These are brought in for you, and we confirm the price and the timeline before anything is charged.

Working days means Monday to Friday. An order placed on Saturday starts counting on Monday.

Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what was described. Message us on WhatsApp with your name, phone number and a photo of the item, and we arrange the pickup.

The item needs to be in the condition it arrived in, with its packaging. We cannot take back an item that has been used beyond checking that it works, and for hygiene reasons grooming and beauty items cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Because almost every order is paid on delivery, a return usually means you were never charged. Where money did change hands, the refund goes back to you by bank transfer within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving the item.

If something goes wrong

Message us. A real person answers We reply between 8am and 8pm, every day. We would rather sort out a problem than keep the money and lose the customer.
